This paper presents a new and efficient calibration method for line structured-light plane and expand it to the multi-line structured light case. This method only uses the checkerboard as the planar target, and it can move freely as long as the line structure light is projected onto the checkerboard.Combining the process with Zhang’s method of camera calibration,we can get plenty of points which are in the light plane to fit the plane. To be more efficient, this paper propose to project multiple light planes with projector .After the calibration of two of the light planes ,A frame is established at the intersection of the light planes, and then all the pose of the light planes are deduced. Each stripe is encoded by photographing several different stripe images to distinguish which plane the stripes belong to. With the pose of the plane, the 3D-points in the camera coordinate are calculated. The experimental results show that the error of the calibration of one light plane is reduced to less than 1% ,and time is deduced by the multiple light planes
