Dispatching plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system. Dispatchers are core talents in managing power system operations. However, due to the continuous development of power grid construction, dispatchers face increasing work pressure, and their knowledge scope becomes more complex. Improving the training effectiveness and efficiency of dispatchers has become a pressing issue. Knowledge graphs provide a new method of representing and reasoning knowledge that can aid dispatchers in better understanding and managing complex dispatching problems. This paper will present the overall framework and construction technology of knowledge graphs, as well as related applications in dispatching training.

Under the goal of "Carbon Peak, Carbon Neutrality", clean energy generation will gradually become the main part of power supply. In order to stabilize the output fluctuation of wind and photovoltaic power generation, and improve the efficiency of clean energy generation and reliability of power grid, this paper designs a multi-energy complementary power generation system with pumped storage power station, and analyzes the system architecture, operation mode, construction mode. A pilot system is built to analyze the 24-hour operation process of the system under four operation modes. The single day benefit of power generation are quantitatively evaluated, and the benefits of ecological civilization construction and stable operation of power grid are expounded, so as to provide a reference for the largescale development and utilization of clean energy sources.
