Profile Summary

He received his MSc in Telecommunication Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, Italy, in 2008. He worked with Remote Sensing Group during the first six months of 2008 and then, between july 2008 and june 2009, he worked as a software-analyst in a software house in Turin. He came back to RSG in 2009 and he was involved in projects concerning forest fire detection. In 2010 he attended an postgraduate improvement course in sport engineering at Politecnico di Torino. Between May 2010 to December 2012 he was full member of the International Sports Engineering Association (ISEA). He received his PhD in Communication Engineering in 2014 with a thesis on X-band weather radar. Now he is an assistant research at Department of Electronics and Telecommunications at Politecnico di Torino. His research interests are manily focused on radar meteorology, other radar technologies and WSN for environmental monitoring.
