With the continuous development of our economy and the rapid development of national infrastructure and computer industry, the development of discharge control system for concrete mixing station plays an important role in improving production efficiency. As the core module of concrete mixing station, unloading system of concrete mixing station has shortcomings of high labor intensity, slow speed and easy to occur accidents in manual operation. Therefore, the research and development of unloading system of concrete mixing station based on machine vision has important application value. As an important component of the concrete mixing station system, this paper analyzes the problems of traditional mixing station unloading systems based on the mixing station structure and unloading methods, and uses visual algorithms to perform mixing station unloading operations and compare them with manual operations. Improve the efficiency of system unloading, increase the intelligent diagnosis function of the system, and reduce enterprise operating costs.

As the core part of concrete production, the weighing control system of concrete mixing station plays an important role in the weighing of concrete materials and the performance of finished concrete. In this paper, the mixing station structure and construction technology analysis of the mixing station weighing system, using control algorithm to achieve the mixing station weighing function to replace the control of conventional instruments. The stability of system operation is improved, the intelligent diagnosis function is increased, and the hardware cost is reduced.
