In this paper, position and orientation measuring method of auto-landing based on pure visual information deep learning method combined with traditional methods was proposed. The technical methods and principles used in the calibration of long-distance imaging camera, detection and tracking of runway target, point and line feature extraction of runway target and high-precision pose solution are described in detail, and relevant experiments were carried out in the paper. The results shown that the proposed method could realize the pose measurement with lateral deviation error better than ±2m, vertical height error better than ±1m, azimuth and pitch Angle error better than ±0.4° during the aircraft landing.
