Common coating materials exhibit different characteristics, and in practical manufacturing, diamond-like carbon/titanium nitride bilayer film is a common coating method that combines hardness and surface smoothness. Femtosecond laser is a suitable processing method for hard-brittle materials and can be used for the processing of diamond-like carbon/titanium nitride bilayer film. In this work, an observation system based on pump-probe technique was used to observe the surface reflectivity changes of diamond-like carbon/titanium nitride bilayer film under multiple irradiations with femtosecond laser, and the ultrafast dynamics of the bilayer film under multiple irradiations with femtosecond laser was summarized.
