Dr. Dawei Liang is an Associate Professor in Physics Department of NOVA University of Lisbon. His researches on solar-pumped lasers were highlighted by Spotlights on Optics in 2012, Laser Physics in 2013, Laser Focus World in 2013, 2016 and 2022, Journal of Photonics for Energy during 2019-2022. News from SPIE in 2022. He was among “World’s Top 2% Scientists list” by Stanford University in 2021. He published a first-author book on “Solar-Pumped Lasers” by Springer Nature in 2023. He is a special issue Guest Editor of Energies from 2021. He serves as Associate Editor for Journal of Photonics and Energy from 2022.
