This article [J. Appl. Remote Sens. 9(1), 095036 (December 23, 2015)] was originally published with a figure missing. Fig. 1 has been inserted into the paper, and the other figures have been renumbered accordingly throughout the paper. All online versions of the article were corrected on 11 January 2016.
