Abstract
As an active microwave imaging system, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) has the characteristics of long-distance detection, high-resolution, all-time and all-weather imaging, so it is widely deployed. As an active jamming means, radio frequency interference can reduce the quality of SAR images by transmitting radio frequency signals to form a blanket effect on SAR images. In order to recover the original image from the interfered image, this paper firstly constructs a signal model for common RFI, secondly constructs a RFI dataset based on the above signal model, and lastly proposes an interference suppression method based on UNet, adopting encoder network for data dimensionality reduction, using decoder network for image reconstruction, and adopting skip connection between encoder and decoder to increase information exchange. The final experimental results show that compared to the Dncnn, the proposed method has an absolute improvement of 2.1dB in PNSR.
