Abstract

This research focuses on the finite element stress analysis and optimization design of the high-speed shaft of SQ35 type wire cutter. First, the static analysis was carried out through 3D modeling and finite element software, and the performance performance of the high-speed shaft under various working conditions was deeply explored, including data on deformation, equivalent strain and equivalent stress. Through detailed data analytics, the surface fatigue crack problem caused by continuous stress was found. Secondly, by establishing a response surface optimization model, 90 sets of data were calculated, and 10 sets of excellent data were selected for further analysis. Finally, through the optimization design, the deformation of the high-speed shaft was successfully reduced by 14.7%, which effectively improved the fracture of the shaft head.
