Abstract
The trenching device is an important part of the ecological grass truck. It can open the trench, guide the seeds and fertilizers into the trench, and cover the wet soil. Its structure design is very important. An ecological seeding cart combined plow type furrowing device was designed, and the structural design of its furrow opener body, furrow opener blade, bracket, connecting block and other key components was carried out. In order to further verify the reasonable structural design of the trenching device, the structural static analysis of the trenching device was carried out by ANSYS Workbench software, and the stiffness and strength of the trenching device met the requirements of use according to the analysis of its displacement, stress and strain distribution cloud diagram results.
