Abstract
In recent years, with the development and expansion of tower crane industry, the safety problem of tower crane cannot be ignored. In this paper, taking the QTZ40 tower crane as the research object, combined with solidworks three-dimensional modeling, ANSYS finite element analysis method and modern structural optimization concept, the tower crane is modeled first, and then the static analysis and modal analysis of the crane crane are carried out to verify whether the structural strength of the crane meets the requirements, and analyze its natural frequency to prevent the tower crane from resonating and causing accidents, which is the theoretical basis for improving the comprehensive performance of the tower crane of the same type.
