Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) is the most widely used artificial intelligence algorithm at present. This study introduced the principle and mathematical model of ACO algorithm in solving Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP), and designed a vehicle routing optimization model based on ACO, then the vehicle routing optimization simulation system was developed by using c ++ programming language, and the sensitivity analyses, estimations and improvements of the three key parameters of ACO were carried out. The results indicated that the ACO algorithm designed in this paper can efficiently solve rational planning and optimization of VRP, and the different values of the key parameters have significant influence on the performance and optimization effects of the algorithm, and the improved algorithm is not easy to locally converge prematurely and has good robustness.
The impervious surface has become an important index to evaluate the urban environmental quality and measure the development level of urbanization. At present, the use of remote sensing technology to extract impervious surface has become the main way. In this paper, a method to extract impervious surface based on rule algorithm is proposed. The main ideas of the method is to use the rule-based algorithm to extract impermeable surface based on the characteristics and the difference which is between the impervious surface and the other three types of objects (water, soil and vegetation) in the seven original bands, NDWI and NDVI. The steps can be divided into three steps: 1) Firstly, the vegetation is extracted according to the principle that the vegetation is higher in the near-infrared band than the other bands; 2) Then, the water is extracted according to the characteristic of the water with the highest NDWI and the lowest NDVI; 3) Finally, the impermeable surface is extracted based on the fact that the impervious surface has a higher NDWI value and the lowest NDVI value than the soil.In order to test the accuracy of the rule algorithm, this paper uses the linear spectral mixed decomposition algorithm, the CART algorithm, the NDII index algorithm for extracting the impervious surface based on six remote sensing image of the Dianchi Lake Basin from 1999 to 2014. Then, the accuracy of the above three methods is compared with the accuracy of the rule algorithm by using the overall classification accuracy method. It is found that the extraction method based on the rule algorithm is obviously higher than the above three methods.
Firstly, this paper expounded that the traditional searching based on keywords has a severe deficiency on Recall and
Precision because the computer can't understand what information mean efficiently. In Succession, through extending
from ordinary information to Geo-spatial information, on the support of geo-ontology theory and semantic web services
technology, this paper discussed the principle, methods and application of ontology-driven geo-spatial information
retrieving mechanism in semantic web. In other word, How to structure the framework for running this mechanism, how
to build the ontology information models and how to establish the ontology-driven services models are discussed in
detail in context. A design of systems for implementing the mechanism and experiment are given at the end of the text.

With the development of Semantic Web technology, the spatial information service based on ontology is an effective
way for sharing and interoperation of heterogeneous information resources in the distributed network environment. This
paper discusses spatial information sharing and interoperability in the Semantic Web Services architecture. Through
using Ontology record spatial information in sharing knowledge system, explicit and formalization expresses the default
and the concealment semantic information. It provides the prerequisite for spatial information sharing and
interoperability; Through Semantic Web Services technology parses Ontology and intelligent buildings services under
network environment, form a network of services. In order to realize the practical applications of spatial information
sharing and interoperation in different brunches of CDC system, a prototype system for HIV/AIDS information sharing
based on geo-ontology has also been developed by using the methods described above.

the spatial integration scheme of urban earthquake disaster loss evaluation models and visualization technologies by
using the network development methods such as COM/DCOM, ActiveX and ASP, as well as the spatial database
development methods such as OO4O and ArcSDE based on ArcGIS software packages. Meanwhile, according to
Software Engineering principles, a solution of Urban Earthquake Emergency Response Decision Support Systems
based on GIS technologies have also been proposed, which include the systems logical structures, the technical routes, the system realization methods and function structures etc. Finally, the testing systems user interfaces have also been
offered in the paper.

Based on the deeply analysis of the current status and the existing problems of GIS technology applications in Epidemiology, this paper has proposed the method and process for establishing the spatial decision support systems of AIDS epidemic prevention by integrating the COM GIS, Spatial Database, GPS, Remote Sensing, and Communication technologies, as well as ASP and ActiveX software development technologies. One of the most important issues for constructing the spatial decision support systems of AIDS epidemic prevention is how to integrate the AIDS spreading models with GIS. The capabilities of GIS applications in the AIDS epidemic prevention have been described here in this paper firstly. Then some mature epidemic spreading models have also been discussed for extracting the computation parameters. Furthermore, a technical schema has been proposed for integrating the AIDS spreading models with GIS and relevant geospatial technologies, in which the GIS and model running platforms share a common spatial database and the computing results can be spatially visualized on Desktop or Web GIS clients. Finally, a complete solution for establishing the decision support systems of AIDS epidemic prevention has been offered in this paper based on the model integrating methods and ESRI COM GIS software packages. The general decision support systems are composed of data acquisition sub-systems, network communication sub-systems, model integrating sub-systems, AIDS epidemic information spatial database sub-systems, AIDS epidemic information querying and statistical analysis sub-systems, AIDS epidemic dynamic surveillance sub-systems, AIDS epidemic information spatial analysis and decision support sub-systems, as well as AIDS epidemic information publishing sub-systems based on Web GIS.
