Sophia Moses is a sophomore in the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania. She is studying electrical engineering in Penn Engineering as well as finance and management in Wharton.
She has spent three summers investigating using videos of the face to detect stress and blood pressure in a bioengineering lab. Outside of the lab, she led an Inventor's Club that builds robotic devices targeted to benefit underserved populations. She is most interested in robotics and finance and is a budding entrepreneur. Sophia has received recognition for her research and work by the National Center for Women & Information Technology and GenHERation.
