A brief overview of the photoplethysmographic method was given. The structural features of the skin and the principles of penetration of optical radiation into biological tissue depending on the wavelength were studied. Besides, the optimal wavelengths were determined to study the different layers of the skin. On the base of researches multispectral optoelectronic device to determine the state of the peripheral blood circulation was constructed.
The article formulated the basic requirements for a tracking system position of hand movement for tremor detection in three-dimensional space, using a touchscreen monitor. Execution of original dynamics tests on the touchscreen allows determining the trajectory of hand movement. The use of multi-colored markers circular shape on each finger and hand separately allows recording the coordinates of the points and deviation of its movement. Color markers are easily detected by computer vision algorithms. Color is used to separate the marker from the background, as well as to identify a specific marker of the finger from others. For segmentation of markers from the background, the segmentation method in the HSV space is used, which has advantages over segmentation in the RGB color space.
On the basis of the created mathematical model prognostically significant measures of medical and social rehabilitation in persons with disabilities with pathology of respiratory organs were determined. The main prognostic significance characteristics of the "effectiveness" of rehabilitation were established and the influence of different types of rehabilitation on the process of recovery and (or) improving livelihoods was estimated. The main rehabilitation measures that increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation in persons with disabilities due to broncho-pulmonary diseases are: "medical observation", "restorative therapy", "spa treatment" and all the measures recommended in the individual rehabilitation program "labor" and "physical rehabilitation", "Examination of potential professional abilities", "vocational training, retraining and advanced training".
On the basis of mathematical modeling, prognostic measures are identified in the individual rehabilitation program (IRP), which influence on the effectiveness of the rehabilitation process and reduce the limitations in disabled individuals with cardiovascular diseases. According to a multivariate stepwise discriminant analysis, the main rehabilitation measures that increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation in persons with disabilities due to cardiovascular diseases are: "restorative therapy", "medical observation", "counseling on physical rehabilitation", "therapeutic physical education", "examination potential professional abilities", "professional orientation", "rational employment" and "adequacy of the profession and specialty recommended in IRP". Taking into account these measures and their implementation will significantly increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation of a person with disabilities with cardiovascular pathology.
This article examines the dependence of the set of parameters of the phase portrait of an EMG signal on age, sex, and the diagnosis of the examined by methods of statistical analysis. the work is carried out on the basis of the results of the examination in four groups of patients: practically healthy without complaints; conditionally healthy with complaints of back pain; vertebral patients; patients with scoliosis. the studies were conducted in collaboration with the laboratory of pathophysiology of the Sitenko institute of spine and joint pathology Ukrainian academy of medical sciences. the study was performed with 102 people of both sexes aged 18 to 76 were examined. statistical processing of samples to identify statistically significant correlations of the parameters of the phase portrait of the EMG signal with the age and sex of the subject was conducted. statistically significant differences were not found. statistical processing of the sample to identify statistically significant correlations between the group to which the patient belongs, and each indicator of the phase portrait was conducted. the groups of practically healthy patients without complaints and conditionally healthy patients with complaints of back pain are not statistically significantly different for each parameter of the phase portrait. However, between patients without pathologies, vertebral patients and patients with scoliosis, a statistically significant difference was found for seven parameters of the phase portrait. The perspective of the work is the construction of models for classifying patients according to the parameters of phase portraits of surface electromyography data.
The article deals with the development of a multifrequency phase method for measuring the range and radial velocity of targets. It is shown that to measure the distances of targets it is necessary to measure the amplitude and phase characteristics by envelope of the spectrum of the probing signal, and to measure the radial velocity - the measurement of the Doppler shift of the spectral components at the intermediate frequency.
The given paper analyzes principles of interaction and analysis of the reflected optical radiation from biotissue
in the process of assessment of regional hemodynamics state in patients with local hypertensive- ischemic pain syndrome
of amputation stumps of lower extremities, applying the method of photoplethysmography.
The purpose is the evaluation of Laser photoplethysmography (LPPG) diagnostic value in examination of
patients with chronic ischemia of lower extremities. Photonic device is developed to determine the level of the peripheral
blood circulation, which determines the basic parameters of peripheral blood circulation and saturation level. Device
consists of two sensors: infrared sensor, which contains the infrared laser radiation source and photodetector, and red
sensor, which contains the red radiation source and photodetector. LPPG method allows to determined pulsatility of
blood flow in different areas of the foot and lower leg, the degree of compensation and conservation perspectives limb.
Surgical treatment of local hypertensive –ischemic pain syndrome of amputation stumps of lower extremities
by means of semiclosed fasciotomy in combination with revasculating osteotrepanation enabled to improve considerably
regional hemodynamics in the tissues of the stump and decrease pain and hypostatic disorders.

Presented concept of information technology monitoring and decision support to determine the health of students. The preconditions of a concept formulated its goal and purpose.
Subject area concepts proposed to consider a set of problems, grouped into 8 categories, which in turn necessitates the application when creating technology basic principles from the principles of "first head" and "systems approach" to the principles of "interoperability" and "system integration ".
The content of the information providing IT, its position in the segment of single information space, stages of creation. To evaluate the efficiency of the IT system developed proposed criteria.
Remote photoplethysmography (PPG) imaging is an optical technique to remotely assess the local coetaneous microcirculation. In this paper, we present a model and supporting experiments confirming the contribution of skin inhomogeneity to the morphology of PPG waveforms. The physical-mathematical model of distribution of optical radiation in biological tissues was developed. It allows determining the change of intensity of optical radiation depending on such parameters as installation angle of the sensor, biological tissue thickness and the wavelength. We obtained graphics which represent changes of the optical radiation intensity that is registered by photodetector depending on installation angle of the sensor, biological tissue thickness and the extinction coefficient.
Theoretical and practical substantiation of the possibility of the using the level of soluble vascular adhesion molecules (sVCAM) is performed. Expert system for the assessment of coronary heart disease (CHD) destabilization on the base of the analysis of soluble vascular adhesion molecules level is developed. Correlation between the increase of VCAM level and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with different variants of CHD progression is established. Association of chronic nonspecific vascular inflammation activation and CHD destabilization is shown. The expedience of parallel determination of sVCAM and CRP levels for diagnostics of CHD destabilization and forecast elaboration is noted.
The paper evaluated the diagnostic value of laser photoplethysmography when examining patients with chronic lower limb ischemia. A statistical analysis of the research results was made, and diagrams of relationship between the degrees of ischemia and blood flow are presented. Development of the device to determine the level of peripheral blood circulation and saturation was presented. Also additional accessories in the form of optical fibers for different applications were suggested.

Research and systematization of motor disorders, taking into account the clinical and neurophysiologic phenomena, are important and actual problem of neurology. The article describes a technique for decomposing surface electromyography (EMG), using Principal Component Analysis. The decomposition is achieved by a set of algorithms that uses a specially developed for analyze EMG. The accuracy was verified by calculation of Mahalanobis distance and Probability error.
The informational model of sportsman’s competitive activities, developed by authors, which allows estimating the degree of sportsman’s training and preparedness for competitions and achievement of high results is considered in the article. The algorithm of model functioning and evaluating the level of sportsman training are suggested.
