Capacitor is the core component of power electronic system and one of the most easily failed power electronic components. Its operating state directly affects the stability of power electronic system. In order to find and replace the faulty capacitor in time, a capacitor parameter identification method based on capacitor discharge law is proposed. Through the real-time sampling of the voltage and current curve during the charging process of the capacitor, and combining with the relationship between the voltage and current during the discharge process, the calculation model of the capacitor is established. Finally, the pre charging circuit based on capacitor is verified by experiments, and a low precision current calculation and correction method is proposed. The experimental results show that this method can accurately measure the capacitance of the capacitor, which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
