In order to better improve the service quality of scenic spots and the travel experience of users, this paper uses sentiment analysis and text theme features to construct scenic spot portraits and user portraits and establishes the coupling relationship between scenic spot portraits and user portraits. The application of scenic spot portraits and user portraits can help tourism companies better understand the characteristics and needs of users and destinations, improve the personalization and accuracy of tourism products and services, and enhance the market competitiveness and development potential of enterprises.
