Abstract
This paper compares some different types measurement method of vortex flowmeter, chooses the capacitive vortex flowmeter according to the character of different types vortex flowmeter. It introduces the measuring principle and system components of capacitive vortex flowmeter. It can get the relationship between the vortex power, the deflection angle and the capacitance after deducing of scientific theory. It analysis and compares the signal processing methods of capacitive vortex flowmeter. At last, it elaborates the key technology of designing capacitive vortex flowmeter.
