Abstract
With the use of the excitation fluorescence spectra of algae, Portable Algae Classification Fluorometer (PACF) made the rapid and in situ classified measurement of the algae come true. In order to improve real-time capability and stability of the system, a system-embedded instrument is designed based on ARM7 and μCOSII. The system, with the advantage of strong real-time and stability, small size, low cost and convenient extension, can satisfy the needs for long-term stable operation in field environment.
