Abstract
Diffraction gratings used in various applications for compact optical devices. We used different technologies for this task: deep-UV lithography, FIB milling, e-beam lithography, and hot embossing/nanoimprinting technology. We analyzed advantages and disadvantages of each fabrication technology.
