Abstract
In vivo experiment results and mathematical simulation of plant optical properties are presented. The changes and modification of plant optical parameters are investigated in conditions of external factor action, which results in regenerations of the internal structures of the leaf. It is shown that differential backscattering method may serve as effective method of plant physiological status determination.
