Abstract
It is proposed to use a matching device for measurements of semiconductor laser characteristics in pulse mode with the use of CCD cameras. The matching device is due to perform light pulses synchronization with frame and line camera pulses. It was developed a version of the synchronizer on basis of microcontroller under computer control. In the case of two-dimensional approximation it was solved the problem for the form of the spreading screen with uniform angular resolution, which is used for radiation pattern measurements of wide-angle beams of semiconductor lasers.
