Abstract
We searched spreading of an ultra-short laser impulse in the substance considering effects concerned with dipole-dipole interaction and photo-refraction. Special photo-refracting model was chosen using experiments on ferroelectric crystals. We derived an effective equation and performed solutions of soliton type. We also elaborated these solutions for transverse stability and stability with respect to higher non-linearities. We searched dependencies ofderived solutions on the problem parameters.
