Abstract

It first was shown opportunity of shaping in anodic alumina substrate AlGaAs/GaAs LED chips (350x350 micron, λ_max=655 nm) with a high scale planar of radiating surface and highly of thermal dissipation and stable operation LED clusters (4x4) for information displays.
