Abstract
Possibilities of the using of a photon echo (PE) phenomena at the creation of informational-measuring systems of the speed control of an internal ballistic motion of a gas, of a visual control branch types of quantum transition of the molecular gas by a peak-temporary shape of a photon echo, and of distance measurement are discussed. The influence of lunar cycle phases to the process of formation of an echo-response is shown on an example of research of an echo-dielectric permeability, registered in a water physiological solution of chloride natrium.
