Abstract
Under analysis is the influence of the local field upon the competition of transitions in the process of superradiance from incompletely excited thin layer of three level atoms ((Lambda) -diagram of the operating transitions). It is highlighted that while the upper sublevel of the lower doublet starts degenerating, there is a superradiant regime, where the combinative transition leads the development of the superradiance pulse, and the time of the pulse delay depends on the parameters of the local field and splitting of the lower doublet.
