The interaction between electron beam and RF field in the magnetron-type and inner slotted coaxial structures is studied on the basis of a study of the multi-conductor structure in this paper. The electron efficiency is calculated nu- merically at eight tiarmonic of the electron eyclotron frequeney in these structrues at f0=-35GHz. The influence of elec- tron velocity distribution in the cusp-injected rotating electron beam is taken into consideration in numerical calculation. The results show that the inner slotted structure is good for an increase in the interaction efficiency.
