Abstract

Amplifier millitron with multistage staircase slow wave structure, placed in the waveguide with hollows, and with three-beam electron flow is described. The results of calculation of dispersion characteristics of staircase slow wave structure of three modification are cited. The possibility of the broadening of bandwidth more than two times is shown.
