Abstract
The intact rate of product storage is an important indicator requirement for warehouse management. To ensure the intact rate of product storage, maintenance work needs to be carried out. This article conducts research on the optimization of joint maintenance plans for multiple independent products. We have constructed a multi class independent product joint maintenance plan optimization with cost as the goal, storage integrity requirements, and batch maintenance management mode as constraints. Design a heuristic algorithm suitable for the model to solve the problem of independent and unified testing of different types of products in the same batch. The application examples show that the model and algorithm proposed in this article are very effective for optimizing maintenance plans.
