Abstract

With the continuous improvement of information technology, deploying operation and maintenance audit systems for important internal servers of enterprises to ensure information security is beneficial for operation and maintenance personnel to manage multiple servers more conveniently. On the other hand, it can also achieve a certain degree of security supervision for their operation and maintenance behavior, preventing illegal operations by internal personnel, Simultaneously playing a role in safety traceability. However, real-time monitoring and log review of operation and maintenance personnel rely on a simple operation and maintenance rule library set by the system and manual verification afterwards, which is inefficient and difficult to ensure the security and timeliness of operation and maintenance audits. In order to further improve the intelligence of operation and maintenance behavior review, combined with artificial intelligence deep learning, reinforcement learning, and operation and maintenance behavior audit technology, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics, storage content, and format of operation and maintenance logs, This article proposes an operation and maintenance behavior analysis method based on Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL). This method can to some extent distinguish the operational behavior of operation and maintenance personnel and provide review suggestions, improving the efficiency of auditing and the security of operation and maintenance systems.
