Abstract
To address the issues of large data volume, fast data growth, fast update frequency, high timeliness, and high demand for open and shared data in the water rights trading system, as well as various information connection methods, untimely flow, and easy leakage and tampering of data among multiple nodes during the data generation process, an on-chain and off chain collaborative storage model based on blockchain and a secure sharing model for water rights trading data based on blockchain consensus mechanism, smart contracts, and asymmetric encryption technology was proposed in this paper. It is aimed to provide standard management and data sharing for water resources data. By combining blockchain with the IPFS file system, the summary information of water rights transaction data is stored on the chain, and the specific information of water rights transaction data is stored in the IPFS file system below the chain; Provide a secure sharing encryption and decryption process for water rights trading data based on asymmetric encryption algorithms, complete the design of secure data transmission through smart contracts, and then design contracts for participating organizational users in data sharing; Improve data storage efficiency while ensuring the security of water rights trading data.
