Abstract
According to GB/T 18488-2015 "Drive Motor System for Electric Vehicles" and other related standards and enterprise needs,a set of DC motor performance test system for electric wired braking system based on CAN communication is designed. The drive loading system adopts servo motor loading and is controlled by programming to achieve precise control output of the motor speed and torque. The data acquisition and control system is designed based on Advantech data acquisition card and industrial computer to realize real-time acquisition of sensor data and motor data, and to achieve rapid and stable communication and control between devices through CAN communication card. The software system is programmed using LabVIEW software, which can display the test results on the host computer and draw the motor performance curve in real time to realize the automation of the test process. After conducting multiple tests on the test system,it was found that the maximum uncertainties of the motor wire resistance, wire inductance, wire back electromotive force constant, and cogging torque are 0.437mΩ, 0.250 μH, 0.001 V·s·rad-1, and 0.006 N·m respectively. The system runs stably and meets enterprise testing needs.
