Abstract
Magnetic test is one of the important environmental tests for satellites. In this paper, on the basis of the existing design method of magnetic test facilities, an improved design of satellite magnetic test facilities is proposed by using such techniques as the optimization of the magnetic field simulation coil structure based on the penalty function, the linkage acquisition of the rotary angle of the turntable and the magnetic field, and the parallelism calibration based on the conversion of optical prisms. This improved design has been applied to the construction of two new magnetic test facilities and achieved the design objectives, which can provide a reference for the improvement of other magnetic test facilities.
