Abstract
In the context of the new power system, the clean transformation of electricity is accelerating. Under the influence of new factors such as industry carbon reduction, increased proportion of new energy, and extreme climate, the balance of electricity supply and demand will present new characteristics, and the difficulty of ensuring supply will gradually increase. Traditional balance systems are difficult to meet new planning requirements. Therefore, this article combines the full exploration of the impact of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality on energy and electricity, explores the carbon reduction and new constraints faced by the new type of electricity supply guarantee, proposes a set of power development analysis on the impact of dual carbon goals on energy and electricity, explores the correlation between dual carbon and electricity demand, proposes an analysis approach for industry development trends under carbon neutrality goals, and constructs a set of electricity and electricity forecasting method system suitable for dual carbon goals; Taking the East China region as a typical case study, the development trend of electricity demand during the process from carbon peak to carbon neutrality in the East China region was studied. The research results indicate that the constructed analytical approach and scheme system are scientifically feasible, the predicted conclusions are reasonable, and have good foresight.
