Abstract
In this paper, the topology and physical mechanism of the driving stick force feeling system are expounded in detail, the driver control is introduced into the system modeling, and the mathematical model of the driver's skin muscle dynamics is established, so as to further establish a more complete and accurate mathematical model by integrating the whole system, and based on the established mathematical model in this paper, the “human-in-closed-loop” steering stick simulation method is proposed. On this basis, the design of the control system is completed. Finally, the model accuracy of the designed control system, the functional characteristics of the system, the zeroing characteristics of the driving stick, the characteristics of the static force sensing system (torque loading loop characteristics) and the characteristics of the integrated system are simulated and analyzed by MATLAB-Simulink software, and the simulation results verify the accuracy of the model and the effectiveness of the design method.
