Since the 21st century, China's manufacturing industry has developed rapidly, and behind this rapid development, is the rapid development of machine processing equipment. The promotion of mechanical equipment is an important support to promote China from "manufacturing power" to "manufacturing power", and the quality of equipment is an important indicator of a country's industrial development level, is the key to improve a country's competitiveness. CNC machine tool belongs to one of the mechanical processing equipment, it is mainly through the mechanical principle, electrical control and hydraulic transmission principles to achieve the processing of parts. The overall accuracy of CNC machine tools is high, and the flexibility is good, and there are more applications in some important parts processing fields, such as parts processing of mechanical equipment, parts processing of large automation equipment, and even aerospace parts processing. Because the electrical control of the feed shaft will affect the quality of the whole equipment, so the study of the electrical control of the feed shaft and its fault diagnosis has important practical significance. The first part of the article is a review of the research background and status quo of CNC machine tools at home and abroad and determine the research objectives and purposes of this article. Secondly, it briefly introduces the structure and composition of CNC equipment involved in this article and analyzes the function of the electrical control system in CNC equipment. At the same time, some common faults of CNC machine motor are introduced briefly. The diagnosis and solution of electronic fault of a CNC machine tool are also briefly summarized.
