Abstract
In this paper, considering the impact of scientific and technological progress on economy and environment, we introduce the factors of scientific and technological progress into the Solow model with pollution; considering that in the financial market, due to the lack of information, the lack of talents and other real factors will lead to a lag in the supply effect of investment, we also introduce the lag of investment into the Solow model with pollution. We conduct a stability analysis of the optimized model. The stability switching properties of the transcendental characteristic equation and the critical values of the Hopf bifurcation gotten from the stability analysis are studied by choosing time delay and technological progress as bifurcation parameters, respectively. In addition, we can adjust the parameter values of time delay and technological progress, and then adjust the stability of the system. The results of the theoretical analysis of nonlinear dynamics are confirmed by numerical simulations.
