Abstract
This article studies the requirements of good storage and reasonable peristalsis of grease in bearings used for driving motor of new energy vehicles and the requirement of forming reliable oil film in high speed operation, optimizing the structure of bearing cage design. The double-lip non-contact sealing ring is adopted to reduce the friction between the seal ring and the outer diameter of the inner ring, avoid the temperature rise caused by contact friction, and reduce the starting torque and loss of the bearing. With the actual operating, the grease leakage test of the bearing was carried out. The results show that there is a small amount of grease leakage in the inner ring non-contact seal structure, but the grease leakage rate of the test bearing is not more than 3%, which meets the requirements of GB/T 32321-2015 test regulations, and provides a reference for design of this kind of bearing.
