Abstract
With the heat treatment process of GCr15 steel new energy vehicle drive motor bearing ring as the research object, mainly through the carbon potential control, tempering temperature and the selection of holding time, explore the law of dimensional change of bearing ring when heating to 820℃-850℃, holding for 50 minutes, the carbon potential control is 0.51 ~ 0.60, then quenching in 85℃ oil, after 200℃±5℃tempering, tempering time 180min±5min. The results show that the mechanical properties of the material are excellent, the size change of inner and outer raceway is small, and the hardness is more than 57HRC, which can meet the requirements of relevant standards and actual working conditions. The optimum heat treatment process parameters of the inner and outer ring of the driving motor bearing of new and new energy vehicles were determined through tests.
