Abstract
In response to the new power system proposed during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, this article incorporates the ESG evaluation index system into the investment process of distribution network projects. It establishes an evaluation framework for distribution network investments that encompasses three dimensions: environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance practices. Two weighting methods, namely the subjective weighting method AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and the objective weighting method CRITIC, are utilized to analyze five distribution network projects undertaken by Sichuan Electric Power Company. The analysis and comparison of evaluation results are performed to verify the efficacy of the constructed model and to identify any vulnerabilities in distribution network project investments, ultimately ensuring investment precision.
