Abstract
Aiming at the inaccuracy of manual timing regulation of the drying process in the dryer, a dryer control system is studied for improving the dehumidification accuracy and save energy. This system selects ESP32-C3 as the control module, using multiple DHT22 sensors as the collectors of temperature and humidity data, applying Kalman filtering algorithm to fuse the data of the DHT22 sensors, using a relay to control the heating element, calculating the output value by fuzzy PID algorithm and outputs PWM signals to control a DC brushless motor, to realize the automatic regulation and control of the dryer. The test results indicate that this control system of dryer based on speed-regulated DC brushless motor has good stability, high dehumidification accuracy and low energy consumption, which has theoretical significance and application value.
