Abstract
The imaging performance of the infrared detector is related to the key indicators of the infrared remote sensor, such as the dynamic range and accuracy of temperature measurement, and directly determines the imaging quality of the infrared remote. In order to obtain the imaging characteristics of the infrared detector in the actual remote sensors, and further improve the design scheme and production process of the infrared detector. It is proposed that based on TDI infrared detector, an imaging test verification system is built in this paper. Test results show that the imaging characteristics of the infrared detector are obtained through a series of different target image data, and the image data is quantitatively studied and analyzed. The response of each channel of the detector is not independent and affects each other which will lead to the degradation of temperature sensitivity and temperature measurement accuracy of the imaging system. For image applications it will affect the discovery, recognition and resolution of the target and accuracy of temperature inversion. The research methods of imaging characteristics based on TDI infrared detector has reference significance for the quantitative evaluation of other infrared detectors and imaging systems.
