Abstract
In the era of big data, massive resources not only bring information to users, but also force them to spend a lot of time filtering and identifying information. In order to better meet people's personalized learning needs, utilizing user attributes and learning behavior data for user profiling and targeted resource recommendations has become a mainstream form of online learning mode. This article focuses on online video learning platforms primarily targeting college students, extracting feature datasets from platform users, using DBSCAN's clustering method to partition users into nearest neighbor sets, constructing labels for user profiles, and completing the construction of user profiles. Based on this, a personalized video learning resource recommendation method based on user interest and feature information fusion is proposed to provide users with personalized video learning resources. Compared with traditional online learning platforms, the user profile and hybrid recommendation methods proposed in this paper are more suitable for density-based clustering algorithm datasets with uncertain shape and number of clusters and can provide an effective analysis technique for video learning recommendation systems.
