Abstract
Hop Lun is a leading bra and underwear manufacturer in the world. Since 2018, the HIGG scores of all factories have been verified. The selected factories have participated in the LCMP (WWF) program. Hop Lun has signed the Fashion Charter of the UNFCCC Climate Action Society – Hop Lun is a signatory of the SLCP. All factories have joined or are joining the SLCP program, achieving remarkable results. This paper analyzes the successful sustainable development case of Hop Lun. It conducts research from the aspects of corporate management model, sustainable development strategic planning, environmental sustainability, and social sustainability. It summarizes the strategic planning suitable for the sustainable development of China's clothing enterprises. This has a certain promotional effect on the sustainable development management of China's clothing enterprises.
