Abstract
In order to solve the lean problems such as anti-error ability and low productivity of the new model of mobile tank sugar casing production line of Ningbo Cigarette Factory, lean transformation was carried out to improve the lean problems existing in the sugar casing production line. The results show that through this lean transformation, the errors in the ingredient process of the sugar casing production line have been solved, and productivity has been increased by 50%. This lean process can provide technical support for the lean transformation of other production lines in the industry.
