Abstract
In this work, one-dimensional YFeO3 nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning. The phase structure, microstructure and thermal stability of the samples were studied by XRD, SEM and TG-DSC, and the influence of electrospinning parameters on the diameter of nanofibers was investigated. The effects of temperature, gas type and concentration on the gas-sensitive properties of YFeO3 nanofibers were studied.
