Abstract
A reasonable layout of logistics facilities plays a vital role in improving logistics operation efficiency and reducing logistics cost. The traditional research using SLP or single simulation algorithm, based on the predecessors' research results, this paper established a mathematical model of the logistics facilities layout, designed to hybrid algorithm to solve optimization model of the logistics facilities layout, take a logistics center as an example, calculated by MATLAB programming to get the layout scheme, compared with the original scheme, the validity of the model and algorithm is verified.
