Abstract
The four-link constant support hanger often causes the pipeline to bear additional stress due to the excessive load invariance, which poses a safety hazard. Starting from the force analysis of the four-link constant support hanger, the control conditions of the load invariance are theoretically deduced, and the finite element model is established. Using two working conditions, the relationship between the control parameters of the load invariance is compared and studied. The theoretical control conditions of the load invariance are verified, and the applicability and influencing factors of the load invariance control conditions are studied. The results show that: in the example model whose geometric structure is determined, the load invariance is not affected by the spring stiffness, it is only related to the spring precompression, and when the spring precompression is not less than 172mm, the load invariance can be satisfied not more than 6%. The standard requirements, the conclusion is consistent with the theoretical derivation; while the geometric size has an impact on the load invariance, choosing the appropriate size parameters can make the load invariance as low as 1.2% and 0.2%. This study can provide a reference for the design and selection of the four-link constant support hanger.
