Abstract
In view of the ecological problems of electric bicycle batteries, this paper puts forward a low-cost and high-efficiency battery optimization device based on 51 single chip microcomputer, focusing on battery life, safety and environmental protection of discarded batteries. In terms of energy supply devices, the battery optimization device collects solar energy through solar panels and converts it into stable current for storage in the battery. As for the working device, a suitable sized heating patch is set as the heating device, a small temperature monitor is used as the monitoring device, and finally an anti heat alarm bell is used as the alarm device. In the aspect of intelligent constant temperature, the 51 single chip microcomputer is coded with keil 5. The system collects the temperature of the battery through the temperature sensor, and then converts it into a temperature signal and feeds it back to the single-chip microcomputer. If the measured temperature exceeds the set temperature threshold, it will issue instructions to the heating device to achieve the purpose and function. The battery optimization device is a device that combines 51 single chip microcomputer and heating plate to solve the problems of inundation of solar energy, poor battery endurance at low temperature and spontaneous combustion and explosion of batteries. It has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency.
