Abstract
Study of a physical test method to identify the type and quality of edible oils. By observing the period variation law of oscillator oscillation in liquids with different viscosity coefficients, we study the force analysis and the small variation and law of oscillation period of oscillating oscillator in corresponding different oil liquids. The experimental results show that the physical properties of the viscosity coefficient of the oil and the motion of the oscillation period of the oscillator in the oil have a corresponding pattern. Thus, the observation of the oscillation period of the oscillator can be used as a physical test method to identify the edible oil type.
